The Board of Directors is comprised of 9 volunteer members. At least 6 members of the board must be parents of current Lancers. The remaining 3 members may be from the community. Members typically serve on a 3-year rotating basis with 3 new members elected each year. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in nominating yourself or someone else.
The band will be doing a full run through EVERY Thursday rehearsal where they would love to have a roadie crew available. If you're available to help frontline on and off the field on Thursdays at 8:45PM, the band would be very appreciative!

This is ONLY for volunteers helping with loading and unloading the trailer (1 to 2 people per performance and rehearsals if available).
We are in need of 6 to 8 people willing to be Roadie Crew Leaders. Each of the leaders will take charge of leading the task of unloading and re-loading the trailer for each performance and after rehearsals (when available).
There are two sessions. You do NOT need to attend both.

Have you ever dreamed of being a "roadie" with a band and going on tour with them? Here is your chance! No advance training required.
Our band needs your help! We are in need of 8 to 12 volunteers for each performance to help prepare the band for their show! We need people to help inflate the mirrorballs, unload and reload the trailer, and help roll things on and off the field.
Times are approximate and will be confirmed as we get details for each event. All out of town events will caravan with the band's schedule. Feel free to drive yourself, carpool, or chaperone with the band.
Roadies can double as Chaperones. Please sign up for both if you would like to help with both.

The band will be performing at the State Fair Parade. We are in need of 6 volunteers to chaperone the band. The band will be departing East High School around 10am.

With over 100 band members this year, we need help making the uniforms look sharp!
We need at least 6 volunteers each night to help iron uniforms and get them ready for the season. Please bring an iron and ironing board.

Staff will be coordinating meals for Band Camp Week 2. Watch for communication from Mr. Krusemark.
No special skills are required to help fit uniforms. We'll show you what you need to know.

The Mankato Kiwanis Thunder of Drums has always been a huge supporter of the Mankato 77 Lancers. Help out by ushering at the Thunder of Drums and watch some awesome marching bands for FREE!! Proceeds from the Thunder of Drums helps support the Mankato 77 Lancers program.

This will be a training night for all roadies. We are hoping for a crew of about 20 volunteers that can rotate throughout the season. We will focus on loading, unloading, assembling, and disassembling props. There is a LOT of stuff to coordinate this season.
